The input is AC 100–240V 50/60Hz, and the output is 42V 2A, which is compatible with 0.5A, 1A, 1.5A, and 2A. The cable length is 9FT.
Please note that this adapter has a Barrel Round Plug Tip, not a 3-Prong Connector, and it is not compatible with 24V, 25.2V, and 29.4V versions. It is essential to confirm the connector of your device before purchasing to ensure compatibility.
Rechargeable batteries do not last forever, and they generally have a lifespan of 1 to 3 years. If the battery is dead or old, it may not accept charging, but this is not an issue with the charger. If you are unsure whether the charger or the battery is the problem, you will need to use a voltmeter to determine if the charger is working.
